Qu'est-ce que le Chakradance ?
Né en Australie il y a 15 ans, Chakradance est une thérapie pour le corps et l'âme.
Le Chakradance associe mouvements improvisés, musique ‘vibrationelle’ en résonance avec chacun des 7 chakras principaux, imagerie guidée et dessin créatif d’un mandala pour aider chacun à se reconnecter avec sa véritable essence.
